The villa sits high above Lower Bay, perfectly positioned between Lower Bay Beach and Princess Margaret Beach. From here, you have wide, open views across Admiralty Bay, the harbour, and the Caribbean Sea, while still being only a short walk from the sand.

You can head down to the beach in minutes, swim or snorkel, wander into town for lunch or dinner, and return just as easily to the quiet of the house above. It’s close to everything that makes Bequia special, yet feels calm and private once you’re home.
